Feb 09,2025Trinity Flooring recently fitted a luxury vinyl tile floor in our hallway. They were an excellent company to work with; organised, courteous and thoroughly professional. The whole experience, from choosing the new flooring to the completed job, was extremely well managed. We love our new floor and would not hesitate to recommend Trinity to others. I am sure we will use them again.

From assisting with choice of carpet / vinyl; to meeting for the measurements; to fitting - they made the whole process effortless. This is about the third time I have used Trinity Flooring and will certainly return.

Sep 07,2024We have just moved to Tenterden and needed one room re-carpeting. We found Dennise at Trinity Flooring extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and to suit all pockets. When the fitters, who are employed by the company, arrived they were very polite and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up properly behind themselves. Overall, a great company to deal with and we would certainly use them again when needed. Thoroughly recommend them.

May 08,2024Our experience with Trinity flooring from start to finish has been excellent. We were warmly welcomed into the Ashford showroom on our first visit with our greyhound Moe who received lots of fuss. The team were on hand to advise on different flooring types and styles, and allowed us to take away various samples on many occasions while we were deciding which style and colour would best suit our new kitchen. The measuring service was very efficient and the prep work and fitting was of high quality. We have also received excellent after service which we could not fault. We are very happy with our new LVT tile flooring in our kitchen, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trinity Flooring.

Apr 24,2024We have new bedroom carpets and bathroom vinyls and I'm very pleased with the workmanship. The fitters arrived promptly on the arranged days and undertook the work very quickly. Once finished, they left the house in a very clean and tidy state. Would highly recommend.

Feb 17,2024We needed new flooring virtually throughout our house. Trinity Flooring worked closely with us to select the right products as well as on design considerations. They were knowledgeable about their products and the installation process. Our house needed to be emptied for a leveling screed to be laid, and Trinity Flooring were even willing to assist us in that effort (although we eventually used a removals company). In addition to these considerations, we needed the project to be completed while we were out of the UK. Trinity Flooring was willing to work with our scheduling constraints, including working around other trades people who were completing other work in our house during our absence. Trinity Flooring completed their work exactly as scheduled, and the new flooring is simply lovely and everything we had hoped it would be.

Feb 15,2023Outstanding service from choosing carpets for bedroom and stairs to advising on correct vinal for bathrooms and LVT tiles for most of the ground floor. They were very professional when dealing with our builders advising levels required, etc and liaising with the project manager with regard to timings for fitting floorings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Trinity and will be using them again.

Feb 10,2023Excellent quality vinyl and expert fitting. Few niggles. Sealing with silicone is not included and is extra. Also, door didn’t fit afterwards. Had to have it trimmed separately.

Mar 05,2025We cannot praise Trinity Flooring enough! The whole team lead by Dennise are professional, courteous, hardworking and do everything in their power to ensure excellent workmanship. We have had luxury vinyl fitted in most rooms on the ground floor, as well as new carpet on the stairs and landing. Dennise gives sound and knowledgeable advice when deciding which flooring is best for your needs, and will visit your home with samples however many times is necessary. Communication is prompt throughout and nothing is too much trouble. We are thrilled with our new flooring and carpet. In fact we have more rooms to complete and will definitely return to Trinity Flooring.
