Jun 29,2024Save yourself time and headache and do not use this company to book your vacation!!!! Booked hotel and stampede tickets in tenessee through tripster and asked for handicapped accessible room, indoor & outdoor pool. First hotel booked, i happened to call the hotel itself to ensure it was handicapped accessible and it was not. Did have the other amenities we asked for though, but the reservation would not work for us. So they reserved a second hotel, stating the hotel had what we were looking for. Again, it did not. This time they would not refund or rebook for another hotel and were very rude when asked to do so. Long story short, do not book through tripster.
