Using the site was easy to find the hotel and shows we were interested in. I tried to apply a code, but it wouldn't take it, but after calling customer service the code was applied and subtracted from our bill. The customer service agent was extremely helpful and efficient.

Agent was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and listed my wife's milk allergies to ensure that we could get her a meal that she could eat and told me to let the server know so we could make sure she has no problem.
