Sep 08,2023The website was being difficult and not letting me place my order no matter what. I tried emailing CS but they just told me to use a different card and email, I tried both, but still no go. I didn't want to give up, as I wanted to save money on these experiences, so I called. THANKFULLY the rep was willing to try, and it worked! So something funky is going on with the billing on the website, but they were able to secure the order by phone.

Sep 03,2023Sorry, but I have to retract my comment. I checked my credit card statement and I was charged $52.89 instead of $34.58. It stated no fees. I did another purchase and it does not give a breakdown of charges. Top part reflects the $34.58 but lower, shows the $52.89. No explanation onadditional $18.31. UPDATE:CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTED ME AND I DID RECEIVE MY CREDIT. JUST BE CAUTIOUS TO CHANGE THE DEFAULT IF 1 ADULT IF BOOKING OTHER OPTION. THABK YOU TRIPSTER FOR CORRECTING THIS ISSUE. KUDOS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Aug 22,2023Do not use tripster to purchase any attractions tickets in Orlando!! Myself and my partner have been charged over $1,500 combined for failed/ declined payments using tripster. The payments were displayed as declined but our banks have informed us that the transactions were successful. Despite multiple emails back and forth the money has not been returned to our accounts 9 days later. Do not recommend and do not trust. Attraction tickets is the ONLY provider we will use for tickets I’m the future.
