Oct 27,2024I tried to buy tickets to Anakeesta in Gatlinburg. Tripster charged my account THREE times for the purchase. If you try and call them after 5pm they are closed. Do not use this company. Look at the better business reviews. They must be paying some to give five star reviews because this company certainly acts like a scam

Oct 21,2024I bought 10 tickets which were supposed to give me : days at Busch Gardens and 2 st Colonial Williamsburg. When we got to Colonial Williamsburg, we were told that the Williamsburg tickets had to be used within 3 days. It worked out ok for us, but this was not our original understanding. Otherwise the tickets worked well.

Oct 20,2024Having to option to show tickets from my cell phone instead of having to print it out. It was very inconvenient since I don't have a printer as I'm sure others will have the same problem. Having a last minute trip and being a weekend event and coming from a small town not many places to go and get something printed on a Saturday nor a Sunday. I'm positive that it will be a big improvement along with customer satisfaction. I was lucky enough to find a friend with a printer. But just because tickets needed to be printed we were running a 1hr behind for the event I wanted to surprise my daughter with for her 8th bday. I would have given 5 stars.

Oct 30,2024The hotel and room was not top rated as advertised. The hotel is in bad shape and needs remodeling. I had little bugs coming up through bathroom sink, flying around. The entrance door didn’t seal completely. I would never recommend this hotel (really a motel), to anyone else. The front desk owners were nice though.
