Aug 25,2022My withdrawal ID 662427 was approved on 02-08-2022, waiting period 14 business days is already passed but unfortunately I could not get my money in my account yet. No response from TFXI, no information, no communication. Very unprofessional customer support, no one to call to understand the situation. Very frustrating situation for TFXI withdrawal. If your poor service continues, all investors under me will try to withdraw all their investments and leave TFXI soon. TFXI support team- please quickly process my withdrawal request as I am in false position to someone whom I wanted to make payment 2 weeks ago. This is a very big problem for me as they are questioning about my integrity on payment in right time. Your quick action will be greatly appreciated.

Aug 25,2022Withdrawal #690331 Hi, this was approved on 18/08 last week along with my other withdrawal which was successfull but until now, this withdrawal number is still yet to appear on my account. I really think you have an incompetent back office as you have overlooked my application before and I had to wait a month before I could use it and now THIS. Please work on customer service. It is infuriating and frustrating. The support ticket number for this is #420805. Thank you.

Aug 19,2022Unfortunately I have to rate them poor due to non existence of customer support. Paying my money in was fine but after a withdrawal nearly 3 weeks ago and still nothing in my bank I emailed customer support several times with a response saying they will get back within 2-3 days. If only. No help what so ever. Avoid. Ticket #662867 Please reply and I will change review. Update 23/08 All I was given was a withdrawal ID: 662867 Added another support ticket #420485 I have questioned this twice with no reply. Called my bank yesterday and they have not had any funds on hold or rejected any payment from you so Triumph still have my money. AVOID

Currently my withdrawal was approved at 2/8/2022 and I am still not receiving my fund yet. I have created a support ticket and no one were replying! I will rerate this once my problem is solved! Aug 09,2022Triumphfx please look into support ticket #400064. I have created a withdrawal since 8th July 2022, yet until now I didn’t get my USDT in my wallet ! Your reply in the support ticket #400064 mention 3 - 4 days would have solved on 1st August 2022 but now already a week yet no update ! I will not change the rating until it is solved! Issue already solved on 22/08/2022. TFXI return the USD to me. 👍🏻

Jul 21,2022I found that every bad review were being covered up with fake 5 star reviews to maintain their ratings. Why don't TFXI put more effort in their customer service instead. Honestly speaking TFXI really the worst broker among so many brokers I've been using, especially with their poor customer service. Totally zero response from their support. Who the f will continue to use a forex broker while the issues are not being looked into and even leave their funds inside.
