It is unacceptable for us to have to wait for such a long time (usually longer than a month now) to hear back from your customer service. It is outrages!

Sep 07,2022Very bad experience due to delay in withdrawal which is taking more than 14 working days. My withdrawal was approved on 17/8/2022 but until now I have yet to receive my withdrawals. Previous experience was nice because withdrawal of USDT comes within a few days, but this time the wait is devastating. Not only I lose my confidence in triumphfx, my friends and colleagues who I have invited into triumphfx has also reduced their trust on this platform. Please get this sorted asap so that we can gain back our confidence, to have more people to join this platform. It is difficult for us to convince our friends to join when we are experiencing such severe issues. I will rate 5 stars once received my funds. Thank you! Sep 07,2022I have been investing in this broker company since August 2021. I have 4 funds and earning profit for every cycle. So far, I have no issues withdrawing my profit nor depositing my money to/from any banks globally. They did it within 14 days as per their terms and condition. If I have any problems regarding technical issues ect, I will create the support ticket. I believed some of us may experiencing late reply from them, however, tfxi never fails to solve any problems occured. Triumph fx is one of the trusted forex broker so far!

Sep 05,2022My withdrawal ID 689817 was approved on 2022-08-17 03:51:13 and the waiting period 14 business days is already passed but I haven't get my money in my account yet. No response from TFXI, no information, no communication. This is very unprofessional customer support and I have been waiting for over 20 days and there is no feedback at all. Sep 02,2022I am with this broker since January 2021 using their PAMM - Managed Funds. Results are pretty impressive each cycle. Very good opportunity for having a good, persistent passive income. Sometimes you can experience some delays but finally it is worth to be patient and to stay with them. I am aware that some people has experienced some delays with withdrawals in USDT, but they can always withdraw their funds in a different way, like telegraphic bank transfer, if they are inpatient. Finally I definitely, recommend it!

Sep 01,2022Withdrawal ID691486 approved on 18 Aug, 2021. Todate payment has yet to receive. Support ticket #426043 has been ignored. My husband though a China passport holder is a legitimate resident of Malaysia. The last 2 withdrawals can be done into his bank account In Malaysia. For this cycle, he is required to only use his China local bank account with no prior announcement given! Even ticket raised #412839 to communicate the authenticity of his resident status and our willingness to provide a proof of residential address and documents etc has deliberately been ignored. This is dampening our confidence towards TFXI and also the circle of investors around us! While the results of trading is consistent, are we guaranteed the withdrawals at all with ever-changing, uncommunicative requirements, and complete snub by the CS for 5 tickets issued. Update: Issue is settled on 7 Sept & thank you.

Aug 27,2022Withdrawal issue. Withdrawal Id#603300. Support ticket#385514. I have done many withdrawals via USDT before, and successfully withdrawn within 1 week. However, this particular withdrawal(Id#603300) was approved on the 18/July/2022, but I have yet to receive my funds in my designated e-wallet. I have raised a support ticket#385514 on the 27/July/2022, and yet to received a response explaining the delay in my withdrawal, which is 1 month now. This has made me lose confidence in the withdrawal process offered by TFXI. Please help to look into this matter and I will re-rate if the above withdrawal issue is resolved. Thank you. 21/Sep/2022 - Resolved. TFXI finally resolved my withdrawal issue after waiting for 3 months. I received my amount in USDT in my wallet, as with previous wallet address used. No explanation given by TFXI as to why the withdrawal was not transacted within the stated timeframe of 12 days. Better support and improvement to the withdrawal process should be look into by TFXI. Overall, TFXI is awesome. Thanks

Aug 27,2022I made 2 withdrawals and were approved on 22 Aug & 24 Aug. Both transactions were completed this morning 27 Aug and received in my Huobi wallet. I guess huge volume of withdrawals recently and pls allows few more days for them to process. Thumbs up for TFXI
