May 29,2023This is an update to my review below. I was actually refunded a day after I posted the review. So I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I’m very happy they refunded me. I should have taken the Bad reviews seriously. I thought “It won’t happen to me”. Well my order was placed in November of 2022. A hood deflector, hard to find for my car. After I paid, The online transaction said “processing” for the longest time. Hmmm After sufficient time waiting for my part, (6 weeks) I emailed them. The reply was that it’s on Back Order. So I chose to wait longer. It’s now May 2023 and I have yet to see the part. I replied to their previous emails, kindly asking for a refund. I emailed them twice, and Nothing. No response. I’m not even going to bother calling after reading these reviews. I feel bad for the people who lost hundreds of dollars or they have parts that don’t fit. I’m out $100 - (update they refunded me) Lesson learned. The worst part is they keep stringing you along for months with their emails promising you your part. It gives you hope. I am disappointed that I was unable to obtain my order.

May 25,2023Ordered a part on "pre-order" They didn't provide an ETA so after a week I got in touch, and they said it'd be another week. After another week I checked in again and they said another week. After another week I requested a refund. They said ok, it would be 3-5 business days. So I waited another week, no refund. I got in touch with them again, and they said definitely by the end of that week. At that point I filed a credit card dispute. By the end of the week, still no refund. Finally, I got a notice the following week. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away.

Mar 23,2023Never been so happy before. I asked almost all stores in the US to ship body kit out of us was always kicked between their sales rep with 0 result. Bill from truck and gear was with me from the start to the end shoving the best service possible. Im extremely glad that I found a place where I can buy really cool stuff for US cars outside of US. Thanks to them!
