Oct 01,2021I would give True connect a better review. But, the fact that you only get three loans. Does not work for me. As long as you are getting your money. It should be available any and every time someone needs help.

Sep 15,2021Overall I would say this company is ok, the only glitch is, they don't try to work with to apply for a second loan, while paying on the first one. I found myself in that situation, because I didn't realized that I needed more than what I applied for and I kept getting denied. I even try reaching out to them to let them know that I had an emergency and needed more funds, and still haven't heard back from anyone.

True Connect stood by me and helped me and was there all the way and was Very Very helpful and made me feel special about what had happen to me. Keep up the good work. Oct 10,2020UPDATE: This issue is on my job's end. Spoke with Michael which I wasn't expecting anyone to call and he gave me some very helpful info.. but from others experience, it's awesome!! I would live to find out. Been with my job for over 12 months. I'm steady getting denied because of lengthy employment. So no it doesn't matter how long you've been at your place of employment, they may still deny you....

Sep 30,2020I was trying to apply for another loan since I only had $380 balance. I fill out the first page of the application with my general information, I click next got denied without me saying how much I was applying for. I wasn't able to complete the application at all. It said I had insufficient income, thats the reason I got denied. Make more now than, when I apply the first time.

Sep 18,2020The implementation at our company went smoothly and the two loan offerings are great for our employees. However at the last minute of rolling this out to employees, we found out that two states were not able to participate due to state laws - this was not mentioned during implementation. One state has now opened but the other one is still not available. Wish this had been disclosed earlier in the process. Besides that glitch, the TrueConnect personnel are very friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, so the support provided is great. Overall a nice benefit to offer to our employees.

Sep 03,2020I hated this site customer service I really needed a loan and forgot my password from trying before for a loan I had to try 10 times to use a different password they sent each time and IT NEVER WORKED AND LET ME APPLY i tried their online help AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME WHAT A AWFUL SITE IT LOCKED ME OUT AND I REALLY NEEDED MONEY TOMORROW BUT NEVER COULD GET ANY ONE AT HELP ONLINE TO HELP ME SO NO LOAN I HAD TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE FORVA LOAN BECAUSE THERE SITE WON'T LET YOU PUT IN A NEW PASSWORD THEY GIVE YOU ANDVI TRIED 10 TIMES AND ESPECIALLY CRAP THEY HAVE NO ONLINE HELP TO HELP YOU AT NIGHT I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND I AM REPORTING TO MY EMPLOYER HOW CRAPY THE SITE IS AND HOPEFUL MY EMPLOYER CAN GET A NEW LOAN PLACE FOR US EMPLOYEES TO USE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP YOU AT NIGHT WHEN YOU REALLY REALLY NEED IT

Sep 02,2020Everyone isn’t approved for this loan. Although it’s a big help I remember my engine went out and I spent a lot of money for a new one I was down bad and went to my supervisor and he sent me to trueconnect. But I know there is someone out there that needs to hear this, THE LENGHT OF EMPLOYMENT MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO IVE BEEN HIRED IN AT MY JOB FOR ABOUT 9months and the DENIED ME. So I’ve been googling how long do they want you on the job and I can’t find it. But if I had to guess I’m guessing a year.

Aug 01,2020Getting a loan with True Connect was simple. Deductions from you paychecks. Had a few months off work for personal reasons and had to call to get statements. Since I never got statements before. This new change is very helpful to keep track of finances.
