Jan 16,2020Sleep Roller actually works! For anyone that have trouble actually getting a good nights sleep you definitely want to try this product. I know some of the reason of the effect from a product like this is placebo, so i was hesitant, but I have tried everything from sleeping pills(yes they work, but are addictive and unhealthy) to melatonin(makes you fall asleep but not for very long or heavy) so thought i would give it a try. So bottom line... I woke up this morning fast asleep, annoyed that the alarm rang! This might sound normal to most of you, but I always wake up at least an hour before.
