I have to say I am very satisfied with the service. The proofreading is precise and excellent and respect what I want to express. The recommendation is great and useful. I leave in Zürich and needed to have my cooking book "The Food Is Ready" , revised in english before I publish it. So I decided to send the manuscript to Paper True and I can only tell that I was really impress when I saw the work they did. Aaron my Editor has correct the language and grammar errors. He has done a terrific work improving phrasing and consistency of my book. If you are looking for a serious company I can really recommend Paper True. And "they are allways there available if you have any questions" .

If I could put no stars rating to this company I would. In short: unprofessional, got my paper back with punctuation mistakes, incorrect formatting, guess referencing, accompanied by a very poor customer service. I have paid 618CHF and they have promised me a reimbursement which I never saw. If you read this post whilst navigating on the internet and wanting your academic paper to be edited: think twice. This is taking advantage of people and creating confusion in the market place. This company should be shut down and sued.

Initially, I spent more than an hour to upload my document. I was charged 2x. But their customer care was very helpful. I am told that they corrected these errors. I gave 5 stars because at the end, it all comes down to editing service. I got it earlier than promised. And I am very satisfied with the edits and reviews I got. I just sent another file for editing service after I saw the edits on my first document. I think my documents will be ready for submission.

My cover letter was corrected very professionally, with very detailed comments and explaination. Smaller issues like my unclear description were changed shortly in a revision version, with a very smooth communication. I have learned also from the formating. For furhter CVs I will still consider their service, because the cover letter has to be formulated for specific job description. I don't do massive job application.

Great work, absolutely in time, professional and detailed changes. In addition to academic English, the editor also paid close attention to the style sheet. I accepted almost all the suggested changes. And I particularly liked the detailed comments to the changes.
