Jun 07,2024I am extremely dissatisfied with the services I received from PaperTrue. First they delivered my dissertation back 4 days late. The product came back with an excessive amount of errors. They completely changed the format of the attached outline and the format and fonts were inconsistent. They offered revisions and that one came back worse. The format was still off and they did not read my notes or the requirement manual that I attached as the product did not reflect anything that was required. I ended up having to fix all the mistakes and was late to turn it in. I paid $1500 on something that was not professional or useful. I have yet to hear back from them since I requested a refund. Stay away from this company! I do not recommend them at all!

When I stipulated that I need an editor with Biblical knowledge who is skilled in editing end-rhyme poetry with a specific syllable count per line, they found the perfect editor, Debrah Tyler. And, as per my request, they send each chapter to that same editor (to assure consistency). I am completely satisfied.
