He got me over to my editor Barbara who help turn my mis-mash of a SOP into somthing that has gotten me accepted into 2 of the 3 schools I applied to and they were my 1st 2 choices. Nov 18,2019Absolutely perfect: 1) They do relevant corrections 2) They do it quickly 3) If they are not sure they highlighted the text and suggested edit 4) In case of a problem they immediately react 5) They edited my text directly in overleaf so the burden with merging text wasn't necessary I would particularly highlight their service because they are really responsive and do things as they are supposed to be done. Mar 18,2019I would give them between 3 and 3.5 stars. I have used this editing service twice. I think they did an ok job. They checked your grammar and reformatted your paper for you, but there is not much feedback on the word choice, or the sentence structure. Last time, I sent them a cover letter of around 650 words and they only changed like 8 words and charged me for $33. They do delivery on time. Keep looking if you are looking for editors who will elevate your writing.

They asked for a delay of three days due to the complexity of the document which was fine for me. The chat with customer support was also helpful for any question I had. I have not found so fast editing and proofreading for a lower price at the time.

Jun 03,2018A very poor job, waste of time and money!!(papertrue.com) My original file was in latex format and I mentioned it in the comment box while submitting that :"my original file is in latex format to avoid difficulties with it, I copied the text into word file. Please ignore latex commands you see in text e.g \cite{...} ". For editor convenience, I attached the pdf of the file as well. When I received the edited the file, I saw that the editor has gone through my word file and has changed the font, deleted the latex commands, HAS COPIED THE FIGURES from the pdf file into the word file!!!! I wonder who asked for these things? That word file was temporary file. The total number of comments genuinely about "proofreading" didn't exceed 10! I didn't ask for file format editing, I was hoping to receive a text perfectly edited, cleaned of grammar mistakes and with nice suggestions about word choice or better sentence structure!! A very poor job, wasted my time waiting for the proofreader. Not recommanded at all. They agreed to refund me, but hasn't been refunded yet.
