Mar 01,2025REVISED My second time purchasing my wigs from Tuneful Hair. I am very pleased with this company, just received a deep wave 32 inch on February 28, 2025. Unpacked and straight to the bathroom to do my thang..was worried at first with the shedding, it’s expected with deep waves I guess, did the wash, deep conditioning, applied my appropriate products and sitting on my wig head with stand awaiting to air dry a bit,I don’t allow it to fully dry when applying the must needed products, I don’t use cheap products for my wigs, the key is moisturize, I do love this purchase and once all ready to wear it’s gonna look beautiful. The seller communicated with me the entire way and always answer questions, will not ignore customers. (CHANGED) Will ignore if you call them out on a customized wig made too big, I definitely will not shopping again. Very affordable prices though. Beware of getting customized wigs, they will be too big for your head. I tried getting the seller to work with me to assure I get the correct sizing, without giving me any feedback I went with the normal size wig, big mistake. What I’m having problems with after seller blames me for not sizing down, out of 14 of my human wigs their wig is the only one that is too big..now you do the math, I brought this to their attention and yet no response. There the seller and supposed to help and not once did they mention a customized wig comes larger..it doesn’t, it’s poor work done by there staff and can’t except that.

Feb 13,2025Best purchase I could have ever made! Hair super soft holds a good curl easy to bleach knots are small lace is wet good! Little to no shedding at all! I will be back to purchase more units!! Thank you tuneful for being amazing and oh the shipping was really fast

I had questions about the time of arrival due to holidays so I reached out and a tuneful representative responded same day. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and even made accommodations so that I could receive my wigs on time. Great quality wigs for a Great price definitely SHOP TUNEFUL HAIR!

Nov 17,2024Order the 210% density 613 13x6 wig.. it’s good quality can definitely get a few wears out of it. Only downside is minimal lace space and the lace was brownish but easy to work with depending on complexion. Would buy again

Oct 09,202410/10. Would definitely purchase from them again. I got a 613 body wave wig for my bday and I absolutely love it. It’s thick and full. It holds curls very well. My curls lasted hours. I had this wig in for almost 2 weeks and still very minimal shedding even after toning it. And the lace melts very nicely as well.

Apr 03,2025Paid $500 for 2 wigs for my birthday and videoshoot Never received my order because of the fedex worker not doing instructions they said they can help me if the fedex worker messed up I have proof the FedEx said they would redeliver instead of solving the issue they just ignored me $500 dollars down the drain they’re money hungry does not care for there customers
