Sep 20,2021Fantastic. Grand children aged 10 & 7 absolutely loved their indoor sky dive experience. All staff were very friendly & informative. My granddaughter giggled with joy through the whole event.

Sep 20,2021Really disappointing visit to Twinwoods today. We booked for two young girls to do the surfing. The staff left the water flow level on the highest setting so the staff could ‘join’ their session. The girls normally love it - kneeling on the board, pushing the board away from them, rolling over, having a go at standing on the board - this session they were scared from being waterboarded by the high flow rates, the instructor really wasn’t interested in teaching them anything and as a consequence they did nothing! They would stay in the stream for a few seconds and then surprisingly, it was the turn of the instructors! The contrast in videos from this session and all the previous is so obvious - they could hardly look forward. So disappointed! We tried to talk to the instructor at the end but he just shrugged. Poor show Twinwoods!! You have obviously lost all customer service skills. Shame because we have supported you so much during Covid.

Sep 18,2021My wife and I had an unforgettable time during our introduction to indoor surfing experience at Twinwoods Adventure centre! We didn’t know what to expect to be honest, no video does the actual experience any justice. We had a fantastic time, not least thanks to our fantastic instructor Aaron, he is a wonderful host and made sure we made the most of the experience, and we sure did!!! We will be back to try out other experiences offered in future! ;-)

Sep 16,2021The salt cave is very warn and no very good looking, tv on the wall with lots of cables hanging from it. The spa area. I was not informed that the steam and sauna room was not working. Also the spa pool in the pool was not working, again I was not informed. The 4 pool chairs were not working, I had to call reception to ask all this two times. Finally they said some one would look at it, but after waiting 15 mins still nothing, so we left. Very unhappy with the day/morning as not very relaxing what so ever.

Sep 14,2021Excellent experience. Good briefing and instructor very good. Normally six people in a session- there were only two of us so plenty of time on the water.

Sep 14,2021We took our children (aged 14 and 10) to the surf section. They had a great time. The instructor was brilliant with both of them and they managed to try lots of things they weren't too sure about whilst they watched the previous session. They loved it

Sep 14,2021Initially disappointed skydiving was cancelled but 12 and 6 year olds and their dad offered rock climbing, jump and surfing instead. We had a fantastic day and all the staff including the receptionist were lovely and very professional. Would definitely recommend

Sep 14,2021I took my ten year old son for his first surfing lesson. He suffers from social anxiety and was really nervous from even before we had arrived. We met Jacob who from the first second was amazing with my son. He made him feel so welcome and made the session so much fun. He also realised when my son wanted to try some bits and not others. It was an amazing experience and my son wanted to thank him after and explain about his anxiety. Jacob genuinely made the day. On top of this, the facilities are great and it was a wonderful day. Would really recommend this to anyone who has every thought of trying it. They start on body boards and then progress on to a small surf board. No experience was necessary. A massive thank you to Jacob who made my little ten year old dudes day great. I am taking him to the skydiving tunnel next 😄

Sep 20,2021Really great fun when on it and would def do again as my son and I loved it but think would look if any offers as think quite expensive for half hour slot! There was 6 in our group and think we got 3 or 4 go’s max which my 9 year old pointed out saying had barely been on it and wished he could have had more. The parties on before us looked good fun and instructors were very helpful.
