Apr 14,2021As a pharmacy owner, I have used Tynechem twice now and I intend to keep doing so. Both times, the orders arrived on time. The only issue I had with them (the reason for 4 stars) was when I had issues with my account, no one got back to me after contacting them via the webform or email. I understand the pandemic did put a lot of pressure on businesses, especially those in the food and medical industry, I still expected some response after 3 days. But when no response, I had to register a new account. Overall, great service but need to respond to customer queries, even if takes a bit longer than usual. Thank you for the gifts that came with my order ( smart pad, super pen and simpkins mixed fruit drops).

Feb 18,2021I placed an order online although there was no indication to whether the item was in stock or not - an indication of poor business systems. I did not receive a confirmation of order email - an indication of poor business systems. Four days after I placed my order, I emailed Tynechem Sundries to ask if my order had been received and I received a reply stating the item I ordered wasn’t in stock and suggesting an alternative item - an indication of poor customer service (why did they wait until I emailed them?). I replied stating the alternative item was not suitable, to cancel my order and not to take payment for the item (the payment hadn’t been taken at this time). Tynechem Sundries did not reply to my email - an indication of poor customer service. My payment was taken from my account - an indication of poor business systems. I sent a second email asking for my payment to be refunded and Tynechem Sundries have not replied - an indication of poor customer service. Tynechem Sundries have my money and it looks like they want to keep it!

Sep 30,2020Couldn't have been more helpful. My recent order was delayed a little due to Covid19 but they were most helpful and responsive on the phone. I've had multiple orders as they are completely priced. There's no extra delivery charges either when you're order is over £50

Aug 27,2020Ordered items on 2nd June. Paid by Paypal, but no customer order generated. Items never received after countless phone call and emails. Will try to recover money via Paypal.

Aug 24,2020Avoid! Have spoken with them 5 times in a month and every time was promised delivery but nothing. Eventually I suggested getting my money back from PayPal and was told to do that. Let's see how that goes

May 03,2020Ordered something 10 days ago, no order confirmation, no product, no reply to emails or phone messages left. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shame, prices were decent and the website is ok but pointless if it's just a scam.to make you part with your money! Claiming via paypal and no communication on there either.
