I've sent emails and left messages on their answering machine but no body gets back to me.#1627-7036 is the order no Still no contact or birth certificate, I would advise anyone wanting to use this service no to bother unless you enjoy being robbed. Use the government site it only took 4 days from ordering to arrival.

Jan 09,2025Do not use this company, I ordered mine on the 23rd dec 2024 which cost me £39.95 but I was ok with that if it was done properly, was meant to be with me by the 6th Jan 2025 but hadn't even been dispatched by that time, tried calling left a message and sent 2 emails with no response. I got the certificate through the door today on the 9th with a receipt attached to it for £15.20 that was including delivery, I've been scammed as I paid 39.95 avoid at all cost folks don't give them your money. However, the best part, it's not even my certificate, it's for someone else, what a total breach of confidentiality. Waiting for someone to contact me to put right.

I paid over the odds 39.95 for express delivery and still haven't received it joke In have received an email yesterday from UK certificates which said Wanna see a dic pic. The thing is my 12 year old daughter opened this and it horrified me

Jul 07,2024Been a customer for almost a month now, all good for now. Except they ship the standard plan with 2nd class post, which sometimes gets very delayed. My advice is to change it to 1st class post.

Feb 01,2024Used this service to print dozens of certificates for my workplace. The signup process was smooth and I was impressed by the dashboard they provided me to design certificate. However, it was missing a few styling elements when it came to placing gold foils on the border and the dashboard kinda breaks on the mobile. Everythings else was decent. Cheers!

Instaed of creating individual order for each certificate, now their API is integrated with my CMS. Super handy stuff. It's really helping me keep up that professional image. I hope they consider adding more discount for folks like me planning to ship 50+ certificates. Not really a complaint, just a suggestion!

Dec 26,2023They've been aight for now. I got the £39 plan cause I don't need to much at the moment. Just hoping they add an option to change the sipping method. Don't need a lot of printing, but would really like to switch to something like first class shipping, even if it means shipping fewer certificates. I'm totally fine with that. Thats why I'm leaving a 4-star rating for now, will bump it up to 5 if they make this change since it's pretty inconvenient as is. Otherwise, everything's been fine for me till now.
