Prompt service as promised on the website, the gift arrived well in time and looked really lovely. The quality of the product itself can still be improved, but overall great line and service.

My only down-side is that the frame and text looks a lot bigger in real life - and that's on me for not thinking this through fully before buying, hence 5 stars.
