Oct 25,2022Wow… item received super quick! And that’s where the only positive bit ends!! I would give a minus ⭐️ if possible. Customer service does not exist at all! Quality of the actual glass is reasonable. Quality of personalisation absolutely appalling! Looks like it’s been done by a child learning to write! Impossible to give this rubbish as a gift so had to purchase a different one from another seller - wish I had not bothered with this trash. . Only thing it’s fit for is the bin! Do yourself a favour & buy your personalised glass items elsewhere. Response to issue is very dismissive and not at all willing to resolve so Etsy case being opened asap. Etsy reviewed the pictures of the item and immediately issued a refund. Now being pestered by seller to change the review & also saying it is not them :( This is definitely a review for ukgiftsonline.co.uk based in Luton. Feel free to see the review left for them on Etsy. Suggest you filter the results on there to most recent too.
