Dec 29,2024Ordered early for a Christmas present, didn’t arrive, I hadn’t heard from them, so I contacted them, only for the order to be cancelled on the 28th December saying they ran out of stock. No faith in this company at all, they only contact you once you contact them.

Dec 28,2024Bought a grinder that came in a massive toolbox. Emailed the company saying it was too big. The advertisement showed the box next to the grinder but was obviously made to look smaller. They replied saying this was indeed the correct box. Nope. I managed to get the correct box ( 3x smaller) and still fitted a grinder, a drill, a battery and a charger in it. Cost me another £30 but worth it in the end. All they had to do was send me the correct one and they’d have kept a customer. They infact lost one after that performance. It was as if they’d just found any box and chucked a grinder in it. Ridiculous tbh

Dec 28,2024We purchased an item from UK Planet Tools that turned out to be faulty. They initially promised a replacement within 3-4 days, but it took over a month to arrive due to delays on their end. During this time, we were informed that a refund was being processed. However, instead of the refund, a replacement unexpectedly arrived after a month. When we followed up, they claimed it was never a refund but a replacement, citing their 30-day return policy—even though the delay was caused by their own inefficiency if it was returned within 3-4 days it was not an problem. Although, This left us frustrated, as we had already purchased a new item to replace the faulty one. Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and confusing responses made the experience incredibly frustrating. While their prices are competitive, their product quality and after-sales service are severely lacking. Proceed with caution if you value reliable support.
