I am really satisfied with the camp in Romsey, to which my daughter went for 3 weeks this summer. I found the staff to be well trained and accommodating -- and the majority of the more senior staff were teachers in schools so they knew how to manage children. It is possible that the junior staff were also teachers, but I didn't interact with them as much. I liked the diversity of activities that they had on offer, the structured days, the fact that the staff was receptive and had tons of empathy. My child really enjoyed the camp. If I were to give the organizers some feedback, it would be to open in more locations because Romsey is a tad far from where we live. But overall, great summer camp organizer, we're very pleased.

The team provided a unique experience in this part of the world to take part in proper outdoors activities. My kids loved every minute of it and have asked to go again next summer. They haven’t said that about any other summer club so high praise indeed!

This is the third year we have had a positive experience at Ultimate Activity at Prior Park for our 11 year old boy. The staff were excellent, helpful, communicative and understanding of his unique situation - thank you

My 5y daughter attended for one week the Ultimate Activity Camp at the Fulham school in London. I was very pleased with how things went, Lia had fun and told me that the teachers were engaging and sweet!! I really hope she can participate next year too!

My daughter attended the Reading Crosfields camp for the first time and loved it. The staff were welcoming and enthusiastic from the beginning and the early drop off/late collection is really useful. The swimming activity is a really good idea! So overall, had a really positive experience!

Really unhappy with this camp, really incapable 'teaching' stuff. Input my son's swimming trunk into the front pocket of his bag with his gaggles, they didn't let him swim as they couldn't bother to look inside the only bad he has with him . Have you ever heard of mobile phone ???!! Could have just called me , instead of not letting him swim and enjoy the water! Honestly so unhappy with this service!! I would definitely not recommend this camp to anyone!

Very disappointed with the ultimate survival camp at Blue Coats the activities were poorly organised and the kids not given instructions. My daughter asked for help to be told the instructor would come back to her but didn’t. My daughter had an accident and has come home with a black eye, whilst I appreciate accidents happen it’s disappointing the staff didn’t spot that she was hurt and upset, no ice pack applied. Given it’s one of the pricier holiday clubs I had hoped for so much more, will not be using again.

My children and their three friends attended the Ultimate Activity Survival camp at Reading Blue Coat school today and none of them enjoyed it. The only activities (over the course of an 8-hour day) were making a bracelet out of string, making shelters (they said with no instructions or guidance), making a trap with a piece of string (again, no guidance - just told to go and do it by themselves) and axe throwing, for which they just got a safety briefing but no real instruction. My daughter lost interest after one go. They said staff were disorganised and kept sending them back and forth to different places because they were unsure where they should be. One child got a black eye from running into a camouflaged guy rope. The children were bored, said they couldn’t wait to come home and rated it 3/10. Not the level of care, resources, engagement or entertainment I expected for the princely sum of £57 per child. They won’t be going to this camp again and we would not recommend it.

It was a very bad experience. The same institution, different schools, different principles. The teacher in crosfield school at Reading was impatient and maliciously dropped out of school for two Asian 4-and-a-half-year-old girls because they didn't speak English very well. Two children were expelled from school after just one day. But just last week we went to another school (Sutton high school) at the same institution for two days and it was very good. The teacher says they are lovely. So the rules make us very confused. When we signed up, we carefully filled out the questionnaire, the two girls’s English are beginner. Our registration went smoothly as well. And the two little girls were cute and well-behaved, and they were happy to go to school, but they were withdrawn from school, which made us very incomprehensible. So, we just thought that the teachers here were unfriendly and impatient to Asians, so we switched to a new summer camp. But we didn't realize that the agency had unilaterally canceled our booking for the next week at another school(Headington school) in Oxfordshire without any email and phone call. That made us very angry, on the morning of July 29th, the children went to school happily, but said that we did not have a reservation, we canceled, but there were no additional seats to book that week, and the children could not go to school. In short, The teacher dropped out of school without reasonable reason. And The rules are different in different schools, especially when we communicate with the children, and they don't like the teachers in crosfield school because they don't play with them. And the unilateral forced cancellation of the course without confirmation is very infuriating. Luckily, we found another better summer camp for our two lovely 4 year old girls, the teachers were friendly and the children were very happy. We will never choose this ultimate activity camp again, it was a very bad experience indeed.

My son loves this camp, we booked the 3rd time I think but I somehow managed to mess up the dates. I only realised this on the very day when we tried to drop him off and been told that I booked the following week, not the current one. I panicked and phoned them up if there is anything we can do and a very nice lady managed to change my booking, literally the very last minute so we were able to leave him at the camp and go to work. Absolutely brilliant customer service, I am so grateful for your help in sorting this out!

My daughter is 8 and has been going to the Davenies camp for a few years now and she loves it. She really enjoys all the activities, always makes new friends and has a fab time. The instructors and group leaders are fantastic at Davenies and they keep coming back year after year which is testament to how good it is. My daughter and I would like to say a special thank you to Matt, Amy, Ali, Shaun and a host of others that make it so special. I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter with the team at Davenies Ultimate Activity.

I’ve been registering my kids for ultimate activity camps for many years now. Never again I’m afraid!!!! My little one went to Oxford camp for this half term. All was good until one kid came to the camp on her last day and started having anger issues. My daughter said she was frightened as the boy threatened her and push her claiming she’s just a girl. She informed the group manager who just ignored the situation. When I went to collect her, the manager didn’t say anything as she wasn’t aware of the incident. When I came back to talk to her, she was apologising saying that nobody told her anything. What a great manager to have!!! Very disappointed!

My 11 year-old daughter attended the camp at Kingsheath, Birmingham for 5-days. In that time she enjoyed the range of activities offered and the friendliness of the staff. She would like to attend next year.

It was my son's first time attending the camp in Milton Keynes and after his first day he couldn't wait to go back. He enjoyed all the activities which were weather dependent. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Melissa

Friendly staff and my children aged 8 and 12 loved it. They were naturally nervous beforehand and when the time came said they didn’t want to go. But when I picked them up after the first day, it was clear they just had a great time, had made friends and very keen to go back the next day.

2nd year in a row with them! My two daughters (now 12 and 5), love it! The only thing that would make it even better is if they added trips during the week… Keep up the good work! Best, Abrar
