Placed an online order of “emergency supply” rain umbrellas on a Wednesday, late at night, for the weekend wedding from the sister site “Umbrellas & Parasols”. I did ring on Thursday to ensure the order was received and the gent answering my call was wonderful. Made sure we received the order by close of business on Friday! Beyond impressed. We fitness walk in the surrounding bush a lot. Sometimes we get rained on. My wife decided to upgrade my rather small umbrella with something larger, sturdy and reliable as a Father's Day present. My Clifton Albatross arrived today; after Father's Day (we ordered it late) but on time delivery wise. What a great umbrella, Product and the service: top class! Many thanks U&P!
