Received my order from Shade Australia within a few days. I had ordered 5 items (taking advantage of the one flat fee for postage) and only 4 arrived, (easy mnistake, I ordered 2 of the same), a quick phone call, no worries and missing item arrived 5 days later. Impressive service. Fabulous range of umbrellas on the website, so many choices, lots of sizes and colours.
