Jan 10,2024I paid using PayPal. My address was changed. I contacted the company and they quickly corrected the messed up address. The product arrived well protected in the original packaging inside another cardboard box. The only pain was Australia Post taking 8 days to deliver it.

Dec 30,2023Delivery has failed. ordered on 7th December and may be delivered on the 4th January. Really disappointed. i expect delays around Xmas but to be delivered to the Warehouse on the 8th and not move is a disgrace. I suggest you look at better delivery companies. Parasol read the review and got onto the delivery company and they got the package to me on the 2nd of January. The umbrellas are great and my wife loved their variability. I've changed my rating because I can now rate the product and their response on being informed of the problem. 4 Stars.

Dec 28,2023These umbrellas not only look fashionable but they are fit for purpose. Keeps the sun off my face and arms and can also be used if it starts raining. They are sturdy too, so should last a long time. Can’t wait to use them.
