Dec 06,20224 star review but I never got my order!? Ordered a specific chalk bag for my grandson, but unfortunately this did not get delivered by delivery agent Evri. Alex was very helpful, contacting Evri to try to trace the parcel, looking round at other suppliers for the chalkbag since I had ordered the last of that particular design, and keeping me informed by phone and email. It transpired that the package had been 'damaged in transit', I suspect meaning they did not know what the hell had happened to it. Alex offered a refund as he was uncertain when he could get another one in, which I accepted as I had a deadline to get this to my grandson. Service could not have been better, and I will certainly use Ungraded again, hoping maybe that they move to a different delivery agent. Although I suppose most Evri stuff arrives ok 😐

Jun 05,2022I had an Excellent experience with Ungraded, they were not going to be open to deliver my order so they made sure I was aware and then shipped it on a next day delivery at no extra cost to make sure I got my item on time. They always kept me up to date on when the order was dispatched and were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely do business with them again, not to mention the fact their prices competed with the bigger companies like BananaFingers. An absolute pleasure.
