Aug 23,2021We received a word of mouth recommendation for Garret Kellet (Urban Surveyors) to carry out a Building Survey for our new house in Manchester in May 2021. Urban Surveyors had a longer lead time than usual due to the Stamp Duty deadline, but we are very pleased with the support we have received, with Garret personally taking the time to quickly respond to queries. In what is naturally a very challenging experience of buying a property, we would like to thank Garret and his team for their work.

The report was thorough, easy to understand and it was completed faster than expected. Their communication via email and telephone was top notch. May 17,2021I found this service on the RICS website. I read the reviews and got in touch with Garret. He was extremely helpful from the first conversation. He provided us with a qoute and he booked in with the vendors soon after. I didn't have to do much just sit back and relax. On the day of survey completion, Garrett provided verbal feedback. The report was really in depth and covered all aspects of the house. The feedback provided helped to us to get a clearer picture of the property. I would definitely recommend and use the service again. Local surveyor in Stretford area!

This is our first home and Urban Surveyors offered us a high quality and professional service throughout, which took away a lot of the stress involved in purchasing a property. Communication was prompt and clear. An added bonus was that payment was requested once the survey had been completed. We went for a Level 3 and received a very thorough and detailed report that will hopefully save us some money before anything is signed and finalised. Would highly recommend Urban Surveyors!
