Jul 19,2020Excellent service provided! I’m in the process of buying my first home so I wanted to have a detailed report with it being an older property. On the day of the survey I received a phone call from Garret and he provided me with an overview. The survey was then sent back to me within 5 days. I was really impressed with how thorough it was and it provided me a guide for what I needed to do next. Very professional, clearly very experienced and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend!

They were very friendly and efficient and took the time to really understand my needs and helped me decide on what service I required. The report I received was extremely thorough and was sent over within a couple if days of the visit. They also called after the visit and gave me verbal feedback over the phone on the day of the report. I would highly recommend them.

Garrett came back to me really quickly and was so friendly with local knowledge. The survey was done within a week and it was so thorough I would highly recommend. Garrett is so knowledgable and his professional survey really helped us when we needed to renegotiate the price of our house. Highly recommend!!!

No pushy sellers ringing everyday, they where happy to work around myself and the occupants of the house and got back to me in a very timely manner with a very comprehensive report which was easy to read. Sending a Lon example survey prior to them undertaking the work was useful as it gave us a rough idea of what ours would look like and they even through in example planning designs for the extension I discussed at the start of the process with no extra charge. Have recommended them to friends and family.

I very much appreciated Garret briefing me on his findings after inspecting the property. The report was produced shortly after the inspection, extremely well structured and to a great level of detail. I would highly recommend his services to anybody.

The personal level of service was really appreciated and there was a genuine interest in seeing us successfully move into our new property. Having already spoken to 3 other suppliers at the time I received Garret’s call, I knew without hesitation that I was going to hire him. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, relatable and willing to discuss my concerns over the phone before even visiting my property. He is fully qualified, insured and competitively priced. Urban Surveyors are are local firm to me, which means I was able to receive a personal, tailored service rather than a generic corporate approach. The report was well documented and included photographs and delivered within the time scales promised. Would not hesitate to recommend Garrett or Urban Surveyors. Five star service. No complaints

May 08,2019Fantastic service - would highly recommend to friends and family. Very fast and efficient survey. Great communication throughout the process and very easy to deal with. Garret our surveyor was incredibly helpful and I must have asked him 100s of questions, which he didn’t hesitate to help me with. Very quick turn around time from booking to survey was only a few days and we received a phone call the same day of the survey to give us the overview of the findings and main considerations, with the full report following a few days later. Helped to take a lot of stress out of buying the house with their expert advice. Thanks!

He completed a full structural survey for us within 7 working days of the quote, followed up with a call the next day to debrief and we had the full report through within the next three working days. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Garret was incredibly helpful. He was happy to take us through the report in more detail, which made a huge difference. We don't have huge experience to compare his services to, but from speaking to friends and family Garret's work is incredibly thorough and great value. We won't hesitate to recommend him or enlist his services in the future.
