The delivery was managed well with clear delivery instructions. The delivery was made on time with a follow-up email asking if everything was ok, couldn't have asked for better service!

I phoned up with a need for some woodland print boxes in a hurry and I was not let down, they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I wish I could give 10 stars for their service.

Dec 13,2023Having sent the bulk of my order of USBs out to customers, I am having a steady trickle of complaints as the USB keep becoming corrupted meaning that my customers cannot access their photos. This is completely unacceptable and an embarrassment for me as a supplier.

Dec 13,2023The process of choosing the product and uploading the image was very straightforward, the communication was very quick and efficient. We wanted to see the design in a couple of different ways and this was not issue for the them to sort out, Tristan was vert helpful managing the order from visual design to product preview. Even with our request to make changes the delivery date was still meet and the product looks perfect.

One didn't work and when I pointed this out to Tristan he immediately sent a replacement. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Jan 11,2024I highly recommend USB2U! I have used them for the past 6-7 years for my clients USB photography combo boxes. They are extremely well made and look brilliant. The customer service is also at a very high level, I had a slight issue with one of my boxes and Tristan was fantastic. Not only did he sort the issue out straight away he sent an extra for the inconvenience. You will not be disappointed if you choose USB2U.
