Because our site is on a specialized platform, we did have an issue getting the widget to work sitewide, but luckily, we had Jon R of UserWay Tech Support, who is patient, polite, and incredibly tech savvy to help. Jun 01,2021I don't understand the use of this site . I was trying to log in to a page for an academic programme and it just make my work difficult. The code they send me was invalid for login by laptop and for my phone it was valid but didn't let me continue to the site . It infuriated me . My sincere rating is no star at all . The result , i never made it and i lost the deadline for the programme i wanted .
