Sep 15,2021I am a very new tenant renting out my first property and I didn't have a clue on anything gas or electric wise, however the lovely woman I spoke to called Liz was very helpful, calm, understanding and patient and it put me at ease and explained everything so now everything I was fretting over before has been resolved, 10/10 for communication, helpfulness and all round experience.

She made all my worries disappeared and she clarified a lot of things for me numerous times when I was unsure.
