If only all call centre workers had natalies attitude the experience of phoning call centres would be that bit better and make the customer feel comfortable. Thank you .

Sep 10,2021I think the young lady's name is Kelly, she was amazing, she did everything to be helpful, very knowledgeable about the whole deal,first class. I'm just hoping it all goes easily when the time comes, I notice the changeover is outside the cooling off period, so disruption could happen, if it does, you can't back down.
