I spoke to a customer service representative called jemel he was helpful in getting me a low price for my gas and electricity. And was very advisable on what was the best for my needs. And was prompt on getting the service to my home straight away.

Very polite and friendly person. It really makes a difference talking to someone who doesn't just seem like a robot. This guy needs a pay rise!

Edwin offered support but explained the main purpose of the utility switch board service and found me a better deal with sky for almost half the monthly DD I'm paying now with virgin. Very helpful, polite and personable. Also a quick hassle free process.
