Communication was brilliant from start to finish, even called when they were 20 minutes away. Excellent service by team Harsh who were extremely polite and very professional. I wish all delivery services were this efficient. Would highly recommend.

Jan 19,2025I can highly recommend V1. I was kept up to date on the team’s progress, giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival. In fact, they arrived exactly in time. On arrival, I was asked which room I’d like the bed in and they were more than happy to carry it upstairs to that room. Saurav and Naseeb were courteous and efficient, whilst being careful when negotiating the turned staircase. Very happy guys. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jan 18,2025Excellent delivery. Sent a date & 4 hour time slot which I could accept or choose a different date/time if not convenient. Phoned 15 mins before delivery to advise on their way. Arrived promptly & delivered mattress, took old one of the bed & put new one onto the bed & then took old one away. Excellent service, cannot fault it.

Jan 18,2025Terrible service. Had to keep chasing up when our bed would be delivered. V1 gave 4 d delivery dates that they were unable to deliver on. On 1 occasion I was phoned on the day at 7.55am (delivery time slot 7am - 10am) to say the bed wouldn't be delivered due to staff illness. It was finally delivered today Saturday 18th January by 2 surly employees who dumped it in the bedroom and asked my husband to sign their delivery paperwork as they didn't unpack the bed and assemble it my husband refused to sign. One of the delivery drivers told my husband that the assembly instructions were in the packaging which they were not!

Jan 18,2025Jass & Rajvir were very prompt . Received a phone call half an hour before delivery. They were very friendly and polite . Covered their shoes before entering my house. They made sure I was happy with the bed and removed any rubbish.

Jan 21,2025Bed Delivery for my parents, was Over a week late. My dad has dementia and I had moved them onto mattresses as we were told when to expect delivery. In the end it was over a week later than expected, and it was even arranged it for the day my mum specifically asked for it not to be delivered! Paid for bed to be assembled, headboards were assembled out of line with each other. I will also take up with the bed company.
