Jan 16,2025Excellent service from the company. Communication was effective- sent a message to arrange the delivery date (around the dates I had requested) and came well within the agreed time slot. Jass & Rajvir were amazing- transporting an extremely heavy bed through a windy staircase and landing. Very polite and got the job done within minutes.

Jan 16,2025I would like to share my experience with these guys, they were extremely passive aggressive towards a very good friend of mine, who left a truthful and honest review where V1 Distribution tried to blackmail him into removing his negative reviews. I heard every single word that was said because the phone was on loud speaker there was also 6 other people present were also witnesses, to the vulgar behaviour that these so called delivery company is….! Also like to add the company had flagged negative reviews because they don’t like bad publicity will now add my review to google too

Then right on time my mattress was delivered. How I wish that all the other companies have the same high standards as yours. Many thanx to u all

Jan 16,2025Bed was ordered on the Internet had a phone call next day checking details and informing me of what happens next.a week later saying bed was ready for dispatch few days later received a phone call say bed being delivered next day and time slot .on the day was given a time for it to be delivered and phone call 30 min before it turned up.delivery men were polite and helpful .great service

Kept informed via email, customer service responsive, was provided with a delivery window of only 3 hours and arrived within that time. The delivery men, Jass and Rajvir, were very polite and helpful, used shoe coverings to save my carpets and were very efficient. They put the mattress exactly where I asked it to go and were in and out of my house within a couple of minutes. Very impressive. Would highly recommend this company.
