Dec 02,2024I was extremely happy with the service provided by Jass and Rajvir this morning. They delivered and installed a heavy dining room table. They took great care with the unpacking and installation, even making sure that the table was placed in the right position. They removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy before leaving. I found them both to be very polite and helpful and would highly recommend their services.

Dec 02,2024Great delivery firm no damage to parcels. Was a large delivery of a conservatory parts both fragile and heavy. I had good communication from A1 and the lads delivering the order. Saurav and Paras work very well together making light work of the delivery. Would definitely use again.

Dec 01,2024I purchased a mattress, which was received today with a very strong unbearable odour. Never in my life have I purchased a mattress with such a strong smell of probably manufacturer chemicals that made me sick. `I tried leaving the mattress on the bed with the windows open for several hours thinking that the smell will go away but with no success. I had to replace the mattress in the plastic it came in to ease the smell that was permeating the room. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to my new mattress. Apart from this, customer service was good, as I received a call the day after my purchase to confirm my order.

Nov 30,2024Sofa delivered this morning. I had measured but knew it would be a tight fit to get round doorways. The two gentlemen who attended did an excellent job. Turned up on time - even calling ahead to confirm. Got the thing into the correct room, angling it to get round corners without even touching the walls. Assembled it properly, attaching the feet, and even removed all the packaging. All done in minutes - they wouldn't stop for tea - off to next job.

Nov 29,2024First they deliver from 6am to 9pm, I got the call at 5.30 the night before, good job we were in, but no phone call or text 30 minutes before just turned up at 6:45am. The mattress was the wrong size and the packing was all torn on one of the mattresses, they refused to take it back. I said it was the wrong size and the delivery man said OK that's great we go now and walked out the door. His English was almost non existent he clearly did not understand me. I told them I would put the mattresses outside on the pavement, which I duly did and shut the door as it was there responsibility, the driver then came over and spoke better English, he phoned his boss and agreed to take it back. I complained to the Bed Supermarket who said this was very wrong as they were supposed to call, email so I could track the driver and take back if it was wrong. They also shipped me the correct mattress the next day. I got a text before hand an email with a link to track the driver and a phone call 20 minutes away. the guy spoke perfect English and the packing and mattress was undamaged. I think they made an effort to ensure I got good service the second time.
