Nov 27,2024Very happy with the delivery from Jass and Rajvir. Had an email the day before and a polite call 30 minutes before they arrived. Smooth delivery, professional team and repositioned my table until I was happy. Took away all the packaging. (As mentioned in previous reviews please mention the company you are delivering for in the emails as I had two emails with no heading which looked dubious otherwise very happy all round)

Company called day before to let me know a time slot, then the guys called 30 mins before drop off. Overall very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend. Definitely 5 Star service. Thank you!

Nov 26,2024Navinder and Sharm were on time -polite and respectful before delivering a bed upstairs to the room needed . They called beforehand to let me know they were close. Tracking was easy to use. I had contacted the company beforehand once received email saying they had goods to get an estimated delivery date and phone answered quickly - staff helpful. Also received a call the afternoon before with estimated delivery time. The only thing id suggest as improvements wd be to make their initial email say V1 delivery in the subject line - its easy to miss & looks a bit like a scam email- which it wasnt

Nov 26,2024SAURAV team were 100% professional, courteous and helpful. From the start of V1 communications on the delivery they have been the best delivery company I have ever dealt with. The tracking system and methodology was exceptional upto the phone call from the team and subsequent delivery . Delivery guy respected my newly decorated and carpeted home and even carried the item to the second floor without hesitation which I know probably goes beyond what they would normally do. Luckily it wasn't a particularly heavy piece of furniture but non the less he was the most friendly and helpful guy. Great customer service/care.
