Nov 05,2024An absolute disgrace of a company. V1 Distribution attempted to deliver a bed for The Bed Supermarket and left my staircase wall wrecked. The delivery guys were nice enough, but they were clearly clueless about how to maneuver furniture without causing serious damage. They tried shoving it up the stairs, back and forth, scratching and banging every inch of the way, and finally got the bed up—but at what cost? Once they’d left, I was horrified to see the full extent of the destruction they caused on my wall. To top it all off, V1 Distribution had the nerve to deny responsibility, claiming that “a bed couldn’t possibly cause that kind of damage.” Are they kidding me? It’s obviously from the bed, and their refusal to own up to this is a slap in the face. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your home.
