Nov 13,2024Experience was very good, had a call the night before then got sent a tracking app reducing the delivery window to within an hour and then got another call 20 mins before arriving. They were a 2 man team so there was no need for me to assist either. Overall I was very happy

Called when they were half an hour away and got the delivery done calmly, efficiently and politely in record time. A great company on this experience.

Nov 13,2024Saurav and Paras were excellent. They called me an hour and a half before delivery to ensure there were no issues and to notify me of the rough time for delivery, which was spot on. They were nice and polite and couldn't have made the delivery, of what was quite an awkward size, any smoother. They also asked where I wanted it putting which was nice of them to ask but just on the drive was perfect for me at that time. Thank you lads.

Nov 13,2024A massive thank you to neeraj, navinder and sharn for delivering 2 very large very heavy oak tables to the 6th and 7th floor of an office block for us … they had to carry these up the stairs …. don’t think anyone else would’ve managed. They were so professional and took them up without complaining. Very grateful to you all for your efforts - can’t recommend your services highly enough.

Nov 12,2024I was emailed the day before with a delivery time and date , I had an option to change if I actually wanted to which is always good. Anyway on the day I could track via the link sent on the email with live updates of delivery drivers location and estimated time of arrival. 45 mins prior to delivery I was messaged . The delivery was received and taken upstairs , all checked . Great job and thanks Jass and Rajvir . Great Comms and service Thank you!!!

Nov 12,2024The guys turned up promptly at 6.30am as advised by text the previous day. They called 10 minutes prior to arriving and found our house, which is quite remote, without any problem in the dark. They were polite and helpful, carrying the large shipment into the house and setting it down carefully. It was a pleasure to deal with V1 and I have no hesitation recommending the service. Nov 12,2024The guys arrived on time, were very polite (even asked me if I minded if they spoke Punjabi to each other, which of course I didn’t). They assembled a reasonably complex table in good time and left the place clean and tidy.
