Oct 04,2024Hello, I ordered 60 bags of clay last Thursday. I was expecting the delivery to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Monday morning I was told the clay wouldn’t arrive anytime before Friday. That is 7 working days, on the invoice it says it would take 4 working days. We run a community pottery and we are almost out of clay. You can understand that a pottery without clay it doesn’t work. Anyway we love your clay, how it’s fairly priced and how helpful your technician is. Regards Rosa
