May 15,2020Ordered reconditioned IPad3 first one did not charge. Rang up and he promised to order another one and get that sent our before weekend. Second machine arrived , Charges and this afternoon I was able to Face Time my son and all the family, which was why I wanted one. Not seen them since December and our trips in March and April had to be cancelled because of Lock Down.On the occasions I have phoned the company they have always been friendly and polite. I used this company because I purchased a reconditioned laptop 4 or 5 years ago and that works with no problems at all.Despite disappointment with first iPad very pleased with service I have received.

May 11,2020Needed a relatively quick back up PC, so looked these guys up. They offered an i5 processor Lenovo laptop and upgraded it at my request with 8 MB memory and a 250Gig SSD, all for fraction of a new model. Shipped without the DVD but a quick phone call got that shipped almost immediately. Can't fault the service I received nor the delivered product. Now tempted to use this as my everyday machine, I am that pleased with it.

The computer a Dell Latitude E5530 (i5) 15.6"screen Windows7, was in very good condition and worked fine when switched on.
