I am very pleased with our recent laptop from Val-U-Computers. The order was despatched very quickly, good email communication informing us of despatch and 1 hour delivery time. The packaging was good as the laptop was secured safely in a plastic airbag inside the outer cardboard box. A VAT invoice was supplied with the order. The laptop is exactly as described and I would not hesitate in doing business with this company again. One small negative point of detail to note however, was that our company name and address on the postage label was not quite correct (but it was stated correctly on the VAT invoice) and the consequence of this was that the DPD delivery driver rang my neighbour's bell instead of mine, even though I was at home. But apart from that small logistical issue, I would rate our overall experience as excellent.
