Brought a Laptop in Amazon from this Seller. It was bought under Amazon Renewal which guarantees buyers they are entitled to a replacement or refund within one year of purchase. I returned the item after a few months requesting a refund. This Seller refused saying it's been over 30 days. I pointed out that it's under Amazon Guarantee and he gave me a less than excellent product. Kept refusing, so I had to put a Amazon claim in. If it wasn't for Amazon stepping in I am sure I would of lost out.

We had a server outage today and tried loads of suppliers who all said they couldn't get drives until tomorrow. I knew James@Valucomputers from his previous role with another supplier and thought I'd give him a call as he was always excellent to work with and very knowledgable. Within 10 mins he called me back with two suppliers who could do same day delivery. We had 3 server hard drives delivered within a 2 hour window direct to our customer at the other end of the country. What an asset to your company and amazing service.

Ordered a Dell Latitude D630 with windows XP as I needed to run old 16 bit amateur radio programmes. The laptop came beautifully packed and in like new condition together with back up CD and driver discs, also a fully functional mains power supply with charger. Zips through my old programmes. It would be a shame to try to run windows 10 on this older machine if XP does all you need. internet but nothing needing secutiy, word processing if wished etc. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I was looking for a reconditioned laptop, and Val-U-computers had the one I bought at a good price. After saying delivery would be between 3 to 5 days, it arrived the next day. So, I was extremely impressed as you can imagine. Thank you for the very prompt delivery.

Just a little lack of communications between order placed and computer picked-up by courier (courier Comms very good). Great product, even better price... Just a little bit surprised not power cord came with computer. All in all, bought from them before and will do again.

Thank you for fast delivery of the Elitebook 8460p laptop. I struggled to get used to windows 10 as I have used and preferred windows 7 until now but realized I must move forward. The laptop works fine thank you however I did not get an installation disc or manual within the box? Thanks for a great service I am a returning customer.

Impressive customer service. Had an issue with the transformer but after a quick phone call a replacement was sent out immediately. Since then they have advised me on how to deal lost emails, turns out I need to change my computer illiterate husband rather than the laptop! Can’t fault this company. Highly recommend.

Really good company to deal with. I purchased a reconditioned desktop system which proved to be excellent quality. The delivery courier [DPD) was also very good with a good line of communication throughout resulting with my goods being delivered before the actual receipt time. A mention to Kurtis at VALU computers who's expertise was also very helpful. Will definitely use this company again.

Bought a laptop from Val-U-Computers.co.uk for the first time and can say it is a good value purchase. No issues with buying and receiving the item however, they should notify buyers when the item has been despatched. Will buy from this seller again. Very pleased with my purchase.

I've used Val-U-Computers several times in the past and always been very pleased. I have just purchased two (quite cheap) laptops, one of which wouldn't switch on. I contacted Val-U-Computers and they were very good. No quibble, just shipped me out another one which arrived the next day plus emailing me a prepaid label to return the faulty one. Things inevitably do go wrong sometimes, and how a company deals with problems determines how good the company is. I have no qualms in giving five stars to Val-U-Computers following how they dealt with this.
