Jun 24,2018Ordered two tyres and booked with local garage. Received call to state they were fully booked and so booked in with another garage. I was assured they would call tyre centre to book my appointment. When I arrived, tyre centre had no knowledge of my booking and that they had sold the tyres I had paid for. The delivery note made no reference that the tyres were for my car. Despite being fully booked, the centre managed to fit the tyres and did a good job. Don't waste your time with value tyres, book direct with a garage. I will not use again.

Jun 16,2018Ordered 2 tyres to be fitted at a local garage. Got a call the following week to say the garage that i had selected no longer fitted tyres and gave me the address of the nearest one that would. As this was too far away from home I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. 5 days later no refund so contacted again and got told to wait 5 days. no refund again. Have now raised a case with paypal to resolve this and guess what? They haven't responded yet. I have been over £100 out of pocket now for over 3 weeks Would definitely avoid if you can

Jun 15,2018I chose this company as they sold Excelon tyres, my previous Excelons gave me 5k more miles than my Conti 2 and 9k more than my Conti 5. Handling and braking are both excellent. My dealings with Value Tyres was smooth and problem free. Will use again in the future.

Jun 13,2018Tyres were easy to order and pay for,ordered the tyres on a Sunday, computer generated the fitting date for Tuesday. We needed the tyres quickly, called them on Monday, fitting was changed to Monday afternoon. Fantastic service

May 16,2018Tyre selection, pricing comparison, ordering and payment were all simple and straightforward, with fitting arranged at a very local fitter (who I have used before) two days later. Timing was simply "am", no specific appointment, wondered if that might be a problem if fitters were especially busy. Actuality was fine, space was cleared for immediate attention, and order confirmation handed over. However, fitter(owner) queried how he was to be paid if I had already paid for full fitting, and said he knew nothing of ValueTyres, and was only grudgingly prepared to fit at no charge. The tyres had been delivered and he had seemed aware at the outset. I suggested phoning VT but he grumbled that he was too busy to sit on the phone. I rang VT myself and was immediately connected to a helpful and knowledgeable person who confirmed they had spoken to the named person two days previously and they would again phone him. This happened within minutes, whilst fitter was working on my car. An excuse was given that someone else had taken the previous call, though he bore the same name as mentioned by VT. Payment arrangement was clarified and work proceeded. I received text confirmation minutes later. VT very efficient, thank you. Will certainly use again in the future. Was the fitter genuinely in the dark or is communication in that direction in need of reinforcement?
