Aug 07,2024The service from Van Junkies is second to none. We had a problem with the battery size that came with the kit. Our fault entirely as we had not measured the existing space and the battery that came with the kit didn't fit. Spoke to the team over chat and Nick phoned us the next day and swapped out the battery for one that did fit. Nothing is too much trouble for this team.

Apr 08,2024I have just bought a system for a DIY camper conversion and I cannot tell you how fantastic Van Junkies have been. I simply completed the form online and within 12 hours (overnight) I had a quote and all parts required. I have rung and spoke to Nick a couple of times really helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me a schematics of the plan and it was as easy as that. We had a problem getting the battery delivered by UPS and because we were going away Nick drove to the UPS depot picked my battery up and delivered it to my door, outstanding service.

I had an order of a 140W Victron solar panel with the install kit delivered recently, and sadly, whilst the install kit was perfectly fine, the solar panel had been badly damaged during transit. Having contacted them and notified them of the issue, Leanda arranged for a second unit to go out the next day. The damage was not the fault of Van Junkies as it was more than adequately packed in the first place. Sometimes these things happen and I’m pleased to say it was sorted swiftly and professionally. Otherwise, excellent quality items for a competitive price and a great selection to choose from. Many thanks to them and I’ll be using them again in the future! -Chris

Oct 05,2023I had little knowledge about adding a solar panel to my van but the team at Van Junkies pointed me in the right direction and gave me a great deal of helpful advice. The installation was seamless and the panel has changed my Vanlife camping experiences. I can't thank these guys enough from general advice to customer service and even after sales service. 5 stars isn't enough its a solid 5 star+++++ for me and a big thank you for helping me out. It sounds cheesy but you have really turned our camping trips into a great experience!

Sep 28,2023spoke with Nick about a solar panel kit for my camper after going though my needs was recommended a Victron 175 w kit collected it from Van junkies and was able to meet with Leanda. Needed some technical advise on the working's of mppt charger and was e mailed all the info i needed to complete my set up , would i use again Absolutely 10/10 for service from both Nick & Leanda
