Roberto was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. It was interesting seeing the mask take shape. The final product was nothing short of art. Absolutely beautiful.

I needed the product for an event and they made sure it arrived on time even before expected delivery times with covid and Christmas coming soon. They even posted messages in my order so I knew when to expect it. I am very happy!

I had some issue with the payment (not their fault), and Maurizio was helpful all the way, very professional, polite and friendly. Once issues resolved, the mask arrived quicker then expected (Christmas period), together with a certificate of authenticity, and an additional gift. Great job, and my husband is very, very happy!
