Apr 17,2024Sent Simon a low-resolution image that I wanted printed on a playmat, my order arrived today & was amazed at how he had managed to make it look incredibly high definition & sharp. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome, the quality of the mat is unmatched. I was sceptical as the price is so low, but this is an absolute steal for £25, beautiful work. Thanks again Simon! Will definitely be sharing the site with some friends!

Upon supplying the artwork, we were promptly contacted by phone to highlight possible problematic artwork issues, which venom battle gear resolved themselves. The order of 7 mats was then produced, dispatched and delivered within a mere 3 days. The quality of the mats, both in print and cut (especially the stitched edge versions) are among the best I have used, and I own many. I would highly recommend entrusting Venom Battle Gear to take care of your custom play mat needs. Great work guys.

Mar 17,2024Could not recommend more, a couple days after I ordered I got a phone call letting me know the image I sent wasn't the best quality (which I wasn't aware of) and he spent an hour looking for a better version of one. That's going above and beyond. The platmat arrived today and is the same quality as you would expect if you bought directly from Wizards of the Coast.

Feb 05,2024absolutely brilliant mate. top tier. I got a mat from here a few years ago as the basic option and was already over the moon. the picture was a little blurry, but i attribute that more to the nature of the image rather than the quality of the product (pictures without sharp lines just dont print as well I suppose). This time, however, I used a picture with much sharper lines and also went for the extra thick + stitched edges option, and it looks and feels amazing. I even put a QR code on it that works perfectly fine. Couldn't be happier. I'll be sure to recommend VBG to others as I already have done before.
