First of all, the artist was professional as anything, when i uploaded the image, they called me to warn me of the low pixels in the image, I still wanted to go ahead with the print but that contact was AMAZING Then they had offered to edit the text I had put onto the image. Then after 3 days from that call I had my mat, I will 100% be using this company again!

There was a slight issue with the image I uploaded but they got in touch with me straight away before printing the mat so some adjustments could be made. 10/10 for the quality of the print and the customer service. Oct 28,2023Just received my first custom playmat and it is every bit as great as I was hoping it would be. The quality of the playmat is amazing but also the quality of service is second to none. I sent in my own design with some admittedly obscure instructions for the print but they handled it and communicated expertly. They explained and work out how to make sure the playmat came out great. The finished print is awesome! Can't wait to show it off at my next gaming session :D Already working on a new design and this will be the place I'll be getting it printed. Highly recommend! This review might seem a little gushy but to be honest I'm just that happy with this and I usually don't review :3
