Sep 01,2017They need more customer service reps. The first time I called, I got put on hold for 15 minutes. The second time, I called at 8 am their time, but I still had to wait almost 10 minutes. The recording kept saying they have higher than the normal call volume, but it was pretty obvious they only have 1 person to take calls. Also, the database of doctors is out of date. Otherwise, the experience was fine.
