Jul 03,2023We first contacted Disabled American Veterans to donate our 2001 Jeep Cherokee on June 20th. They were very responsive and easy to deal with in arranging the donation. Very good communication regarding the tow company they selected. When the tow company did not arrive as expected, veteran Car Donations quickly contacted a second tow company and communicated this to us; the car was picked up within the hour. Overall, a very good experience. We are waiting to hear what our car brought at auction.

Even though it was Saturday I got a call within a few hours to confirm everything, the agent was super friendly patient and helpful. The pickup happened within a couple of days… other companies I looked into said they couldn’t guarantee within a week. The pickup was easy and you helped me figure out what to do even though I couldn’t find the pink slip… everyone was helpful and calm and professional. Even though I got confused and had lots of questions everyone in your organization was friendly, professional and patient.
