Dec 21,2024At first, the process seemed extremely cumbersome and the rep on the call was unpleasant and unhappy - but the gentlemen with the tow company who came to pickup my little beloved Toyota was such a joy! He reaffirmed our decision to donate and made everything seamless start to finish. Thank you Brian! The face to face interaction was lovely and such a wonderful experience!

Dec 19,2024We had a very good experience with Veteran Car Donations / Vehicles for Veterans. We inquired initially online and were called within an hour by a representative to go over the vehicle specs. Within 24 hours, we were contacted by the towing company to set up the time/date for pickup as the vehicle could not be driven. The tow truck driver rearranged his schedule to accommodate a Saturday pick up and arrived at the exact time promised. All three gentlemen we dealt with were professional and friendly. The donation / pickup was managed within 3 days from our initial phone call and during that timeframe, we received numerous emails explaining all phases of the process and logistics confirmations.

Dec 16,2024The person on the phone I spoke with explained how the vehicle would go to auction and the proceeds would benefit the disabled veterans. My husband was a disabled veteran. He passed in 2023, age 80. But I know he would be pleased with my decision to donate the car. The tow truck man, was very nice and polite. He listened while I explained things about the car. I watched while he put it on the tow trailer, and could tell he tied it down securely. Did a good job!
